A crucial conversation is a discussion between two or more people where stakes are high, opinions vary and emotions run strong. Many of us tend to shy away from these conversations however Rainer Kunz will be returning to Chinatown Peace Church on October 5th, 2019 to teach us how we can be active listeners and clear communicators to anyone, anywhere.
Part of the class material will be based on the book "Crucial Conversations," however the book is not mandatory for the The Powerful Conversation and Listening Skills course.
To join us on October 5th from 9 AM to 5 PM, please complete the registration form below. Space is limited and the registration deadline is September 25, 2019.
