"Carols on Carrall Street," Friday, December 21: The Gospel Mission will close off a section of Carrall Street, serve hundreds of freshly cooked hot meals out on the street, have musicians leading carol singing and scripture reading with a short Christmas themed talk and invitation to find new life in Jesus. Chinatown Peace Church is being invited to put together small, inexpensive gift packages containing a pair of warm socks, some warm gloves, a toque and perhaps a scarf...plus a New Testament or Bible. These packs will be give out as gifts at this Christmas event.  We are also being invited to do a Coat Drive and bring unwanted coats and hoodies to donate to the Mission.
